Junior Executive Committee

Jacquline Jasinski

Sisterhood Development Chairman

I am currently a Freshman at Elmhurst College majoring in Speech Language Pathology. In the future, I plan on working with young children because I am very passionate about helping others and serving the community to the best of my ability. I am also currently involved on campus in NSSLHA, the Chamber Singers Group, Women's Chorus, and Student Council for Exceptional Students. Phi Mu has really helped me grow as a person even though I have only been a member for a semester. Being the Sisterhood Chairman has helped my time management and planning skills. I am looking forward to serving the Rho Theta chapter through this position!

Caitlin Csesznegi

Academic Excellence Chairman

Hey Girlies! I am currently a freshman at Elmhurst College. I am studying Philosophy and Political Science in hopes of someday being a lobbyist or an international diplomat. Aside from Greek life, I am also on the Elmhurst College Dance Company and UCC Fellowship. I went through formal recruitment this Fall and had an amazing time! My favorite thing about Phi Mu has got to be the relationships that I have been able to build with my sisters while spending days volunteering or at sisterhood events. My goal for the next semester would be to keep Phi Mu as the Greek community with the highest GPA as well as to make sure that my sisters have individual academic goals that are met.

Cat Lomnicki

Ritual Chairman

I'm the ritual chair for the Rho Theta chapter and I plan on helping my sisters to better understand and honor the Ritual of Phi Mu. I'm a sophomore and my majors are business administration and accounting. I love sports, crafting, traveling, working out, writing, hanging out with my friends, and being as positive as I can be! My future goals are to move to another state after college and get to know new areas while doing what I love.

Kasia Glowik

Public Relations Chairman

Hello! I’m Kasia, a freshman studying Speech-Language Pathology with a minor in Spanish. Going through recruitment this past fall and finding my home in Phi Mu has been the best experience in my college career thus far. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is getting to know all my amazing sisters and giving back to the community and CMNH. As the new Public Relations Chairman, I am excited to share and spread my love for Phi Mu through social media, the campus and the community.

Bela Sienko

Alumnae Relations Chairman

I am a Freshman studying Psychology and looking into studying Sociology, Social Work and Spanish. I am planning on going to graduate school after college and then going into some type of social work or counseling. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is that I am always learning new things about each of my sisters and they are always accepting of one another. I really want to find new ways to build a stronger relationship between our alumni and current members.

Megan O'Neill

Service Chair

Hi, I'm Megan! I am a junior majoring in Secondary English Education. My goal is to earn a Master's Degree in Educational Administration to become a high school principal or superintendent. Last semester I served as the assistant social chair. I am involved in other organizations on campus such as Panhellenic Council and Kappa Delta Pi. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is always having a strong support system of sisters! As service chair, I look forward to assisting members of our community in service events with my Phi Mu sisters.

Hanna Paustian

Campus Activities Chair

Hi! I'm Hanna, and I am a junior studying Early Childhood Education with an ESDL endorsement. Once I graduate I want to become a kindergarten or first grade teacher! Last year I was the Assistant Social Chair, and this past fall and currently I am the Campus Activities Chair. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is that it is my home away from home, and all of my sisters are so supportive! With my position I will be planning different events such as Mother's Day Brunch, Homecoming Tailgate, and Dad's Day. I want all of these events to be super fun and welcoming for our whole chapter, and I want everyone to be involved whrn I am planning too.

Laura Nearing

Sunshine Chair

Hi! My name is Laura Nearing and I'm a freshman at Elmhurst College. I am majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish and Business. I hope to one day become an equine veterinarian and open my own practice. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is that I have a ton of sisters who are always ready to talk to me and support me in my good times and my bad. As sunshine chair, I hope to bring positive energy to the chapter and keep everybody's spirits lifted!

Daria Nalborczyk

Design Chair

I am a sophomore and an Early Childhood Education major. My career goal is to have my own kindergarten or 2nd grade classroom. I would also love to have my own day care or after school program. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is how amazing our sisterhood is. It has been truly an awesome experience in such a short amount of time. I also love knowing that any money that is raised for CMNH directly helps the kids and everything we do is for the kids. Here are some fun facts about me: I have actually spent a night in Iceland. I love Frozen and anything Disney or Disney Princess themed. I love Grey's Anatomy and cry during every episode regardless of what is happening. With my position as design chair, I want to make more shirts that are positive PR and help promote Phi Mu across campus, the community, and anywhere that my sisters travel to!

Anna Bieschke

Historian

Hello! I am Anna and I am a senior at Elmhurst College. I am studying Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies. In the future, I hope to be an Occupational Therapist for pediatrics. I have always loved working with children especially at the Special Recreational Association where I work. I am currently involved in the honors program, Lambda Pi Eta, Pi Gamma Mu and Psi Chi aside from Phi Mu. Phi Mu has done so much to improve my college experience. My favorite thing about Phi Mu is the sisterhood it has given me. I love all the friendships that I have and the new opportunities I get to experience with my sisters. I decided to get more involved in Phi Mu in taking the position as Historian. During my time on Junior Exec, I hope to be creative in commemorating all of the fun memories we have created this year in Phi Mu.
